This Pride Month, the Museum will host an after-hours evening that spotlights fast fashion as a major driver of climate change, weaving together drag performance, scientific insight, and sustainable design. View maps for locations or check the schedule by floor.

- Dance in the Cullman Hall of the Universe as global sensation Club 1BD brings a curated roster of queer DJs ready to set the party vibes all night.

- Marketplace | Exploration Atrium
- Shop a curated selection of goods from over a dozen local queer-owned small businesses, featuring everything from handmade pottery, jewelry, and candles to baked goods, yarn, and more.
- Queer Ecologies: Oceanic Bodies with American LGBTQ+ Museum | Gems and Minerals
- In this activation, fashion and sustainability come together to feature innovation that tells the story of queer bodies and their relationship to water in a world impacted by climate change.
- Learn about important moments in queer fashion history, including how LGBTQ+ designers have developed methods to reduce textile waste caused by fast fashion, and explore a variety of garments from Chromat, a fashion line which creates sustainable and gender inclusive swimwear.

- At the heart of this Pride event is a climate justice extravaganza and queer talent showcase led by drag artists Pattie Gonia, VERA!, and Sequoia. See gorgeous looks that embody urgent environmental themes, from biodiversity loss to the global waste crisis. Through performances, fierce outfits, and campy humor, the show calls for building more than we destroy, celebrating solutions, and embracing collective action.

- Future of Fashion with FIT | Gilder Center
- Discover the next generation of sustainable fashion at this showcase from the Fashion Institute of Technology. Browse student-designed pieces that push the boundaries of material innovation—from fish leather crafted through Indigenous knowledge and contemporary science, to garments made with dichroic biomaterials inspired by ancient Roman nanotechnology. See how bacteria can replace acrylic paint, how natural dyes behave across cotton and microbial cellulose, and how designers are rethinking the plastics that make single-use events possible.

- Eyes On Earth | Big Bang Theater, The Universe
- 7:30 pm, 8 pm, 8:30 pm, 9 pm
- Every half hour at this live visualization station, NASA scientists will demonstrate how NASA satellite research is helping us understand the impacts of climate change on our planet. Through visuals and real-time data, visitors will explore how melting ice sheets, deforestation, and habitat loss, are already affecting communities. Learn how space-based science is guiding climate resilience on Earth.
- Sexes in Nature with Museum Scientists | Gilder Center
- 7:30–9 pm
- Join the Museum’s Invertebrate Zoology team to learn more about species that don’t fit neatly into the categories of male or female. These animals exhibit a wide range of natural variations in sex, highlighting the complexity and diversity found in the animal kingdom.
