Request for Materials Form

We are a closed stack library. Public visitors must make an appointment to access material from the main stacks. Please review our hours and directions before scheduling your appointment.

Please schedule your visit two business days in advance. We will contact you via e-mail upon receipt to confirm the date and time of your appointment. When you arrive, we will have the materials ready for you at the reference desk. You will be required to leave a Photo ID in exchange for the material.
