Advancing understanding of mammalian systematics, evolution and biotic recovery after the Cretaceous-Paleogene mass extinction event, including the evolutionary history and supraordinal relationships of ‘condylarths’ to other major mammalian groups, integrating new exceptionally preserved earliest Paleocene specimens; 3D geometric morphometric methods.
