Have you wondered what the universe looks like outside the solar system – or even millions of light years from Earth?

Join Assistant Director of the Hayden Planetarium Brian Abbott as he guides you through the observable universe while Mark Popinchalk, doctoral student at CUNY and the Museum, pilots beyond our starry night sky to unfathomable distances. Mingle with cosmic objects near and far as we explore the observable universe together from Earth to the most distant objects we see.

This program is produced using OpenSpace, which is funded by NASA under award No NNX16AB93A.

Support for Hayden Planetarium Programs is provided by the Horace W. Goldsmith Endowment Fund.
