The Digital Universe is accessed through OpenSpace.

OpenSpace is an open source, interactive data visualization software funded in part by NASA and produced by AMNH, Sweden’s Linköping University (LiU), University of Utah’s Scientific Computing and Imaging (SCI) Institute, and New York University’s Tandon School of Engineering.
