Eczema patients can feel their bodies are turning against them. After two decades of ineffective treatments for his itchy, flaky, and raw skin, filmmaker Ryan Salch enrolls in a clinical trial of a new medication for his autoimmune disorder. Turning the camera on himself, he reveals how eczema and its treatment affects a person psychologically and physically.

Plays in the Emerging Visual Anthropologists Showcase.
