Reskinning the Hayden Planetarium

The American Museum of Natural History's Hayden Planetarium is now reopen after a major renovation project focused on the replacement of the dome’s screen. The seams on the new screen are virtually invisible, greatly improving the viewing experience. You can watch the work, which started in mid-August, in this timelapse video.
