A grouping of AMNH branded children's books are displayed

The American Museum of Natural History works with a variety of trade publishers to produce books that draw upon the vast scientific expertise, world-renowned collections, and extensive resources of the Museum.

The Museum's trade publishing program supports our mission: to discover, interpret, and disseminate information about human cultures, the natural world, and the universe

Ranging from guidebooks to board books to literary nonfiction, the Museum's trade publications reflect the institution's diverse content and audiences, and have been translated into several languages.
