The CBC strengthens the ability of community leaders, researchers, educators, managers and other conservation professionals worldwide to meet conservation challenges. We foster diversity and leadership in emerging generations of conservation scientists and practitioners, and draw on evidence-based approaches and problem-solving methods to increase the ability of individuals and groups to engage, collaborate, plan, manage, evaluate, and train others for conservation action.
